Could Your Child Be a Victim To Bullies ?

As a father to a six year old boy entering the first grade one of my biggest fears is having him become a victim of bullying. Many people do not realize the lasting effects that bullying can have on your child.

There have been numerous studies showing how bullying can affect your child’s emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence plays a huge roll in how successful your child will become later on in life. If you have never heard of emotional intelligence before, here is a basic definition:

Emotional intelligence is the ability to monitor one’s own and other people’s emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior.

Bullying has been on the rise over the last decade and it’s only getting worse… Even getting to the point of victims committing suicide.

The absolute BEST WAY to make sure your child does NOT become a victim of bullying is to give them confidence both mentally and physically.

One of the best proven ways to raise your child’s confidence is through martial arts. However, not all martial arts are created equal. You want to make sure that your child can protect and defend themselves in any possible situation.

That is why many parents choose to have their child train and learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will ensure that your child can…

  • Protect themselves on the ground as well as standing
  • Help them gain real life confidence through REAL live practice situations
  • Help them cope in high pressure situations
  • Get them in amazing shape and become a healthier child.
  • Your child will learn to stay focused and set goals
  • Plus they will have FUN and make many great friends
